This villa is a new construction, a new addition to the estate with an outdoor Jacuzzi, private pool, gym and yoga room, all nestled under coconut trees.
All the five bedrooms have a pool and green view. Tastefully done with the Goan Portuguese vibe in mind, the villa comprises of a chic living room decked up with a mix of modern furniture and contemporary art, a self-service pantry, fully equipped with a washing machine and a dryer to fulfill all your basic needs and a charming wrap around breezy verandah, where one can spend a lazy afternoon reading books. It serves as a perfect holiday villa with its private yoga shala, massage room, and gym, all overlooking the pool. Lounge poolside at the shimmering private pool, breathe in the freshness of the lush greenery in its breezy verandahs and embrace sophistication and comfort. Gigantic swaying palms, mango, lemon and chikoo trees, exotic flowers with bees humming atop them, blend together to make this a heavenly abode for guests.

"This villa is truly unbelievable! These pictures do no justice to just how stunning this place is. Picture this.. lush green trees and a lawn as far as your eye can see, a huge spacious house with lots of natural light seeping in, a deck where you can laze or read by yourself, or dance and mingle with your friends which also overlooks a massive swimming pool.... and that's not even the best part.. all this opens out right onto the beach! While it is located between calangute and candolim, you will only ever notice that you are in your own private beach haven. The owner as well as the staff on property are super helpful and were as excited as us to plan a surprise bday! From arranging cabs to buying groceries the staff was always willing to help. This villa has the perks of a hotel (swim towels and complimentary breakfast!) with all the advantages of an airbnb (homemade crabs and your own pool! ). Honestly it was hard to leave! I'm so happy we found this property and l'm already counting days before we can head back!! Thank you for being our absolute favorite Goa holiday! (and yes there have been many!)"

"An exceptional villa.. well located in the heart of north goa between calangute & candolim yet away from the crowd. Super safe.. a beautiful villa with a private pool.. the staff were helpful. It's a no brainier if ur looking for an escape with luxury, your own pool & jus a 2 min walk to the beach. There are shops & shacks close by too.. the beach is also not crowded .. it's the perfect stretch. Highly recommend this property."

- Assistance is available at no extra charge for grocery shopping. Kitchen facilities available for use by guests..
- Qualified cook for lunch & dinner is available at a per day charge of Rs.2,500 for an 8 hrs duty.
- Meal packages for lunch & dinner are available at extra cost with 12hrs prior notice.
