The villa is ideally located in hip Assagao, with wonderful views of the Assagao valley, oodles of natural light and a large balcony highly recommended for sundowners to enjoy the Goan Sunset from the comfort of your villa.
Just down the road from the ever popular Gunpowder & People Tree store in a well maintained private gated community with only 5 villas which share a common swimming pool.
The entrance of the house opens to the first level and is located just a few steps up. On this level you have the living room, kitchen, one bedroom and a sit out, all with vista views of greenery.

The large spacious living room is tastefully decorated with art and comfortable, stylish furniture and adjoining it is the cheerful red dining table / area.
One level below are three rooms, two bedrooms with kind sized beds and ensuite with running hot and cold water.
This is probably the best located villa in the complex with the most commanding views and privacy.
The villa can be extended into a 5 bedroom villa as the study had a sofa bed which converts into a comfortable queen sized bed. On request, we can also arrange mattresses should our guests so require.
The swimming pool offers privacy to guests as it is nestled behind a villa. The lit portion of the villa shown in the image above is not our villa. To get to the villa, guests need to exit from the main door and go around Villa Souza. As its shared by only 5 villas, the pool is not heavliy trafficked.
